Catering menu

This Menu is for catering only. Orders must be placed and approved at least 5 business days in advance. Orders pay in full. Full refund available for orders cancelled 5 full business days before pick up timeframe. Orders cancelled the day of pickup will not receive a refund. Orders cancelled with less than 5 days before pick up will receive a partial refund depending on items chosen. ERC will give a full refund if we ERC decides to cancel the order. If catering overlaps with prior engagement ERC will notify you within 48 hours of placing the order.

Orders must have a minimum of $500.00 dollars to qualify for delivery. Delivery distance no greater than a 2 hour drive from the food cart location.

Orders must be picked up within 1 hour of requested pick up time or items may fall out of food safe temperatures. We have the right to refuse refunds for unsafe food temperatures and can deny pickup without refund if picked up outside timeframe.

All items have three different sizes depending on your requirements.
Size are categorized as:
Small platters feed 10-15 people.
Medium Platters Feed 15-25 People.
Large Platters Feed 20-30 People.
