Catering Menu
Orders must be placed at least TWO WEEKS or 14 DAYS in advance to pickup or delivery timeslot. Custom and Express orders are available at an additional 30% fee. For custom or express orders please email us at electricricecompany@gmail.com. Orders must be approved at least 7 days in advance. Orders pay in full upon approval. Full refund available for orders cancelled 7 full days before pick up timeframe. Orders cancelled the day of pickup will not receive a refund. Orders cancelled with less than 7 full days before pick up will receive a partial refund depending on items chosen. ERC will give a full refund if we ERC decides to cancel the order. If catering overlaps with prior engagement ERC will notify you within 48 hours of placing the order. Orders must have a minimum of $1000.00 dollars to qualify for delivery. Delivery distance no greater than a 1 hour drive from the food cart location. Orders must be picked up within 1 hour of requested pick up time or items may fall out of food safe temperatures. We have the right to refuse refunds for unsafe food temperatures and can deny pickup without refund if picked up outside of timeframe. All items have three different sizes depending on your requirements. Size are categorized as: Small platters feed 15-20 people. Medium Platters Feed 25-30 People. Large Platters Feed 40-50 People.
Entrees
Entrees are served in silver aluminum catering trays with lids. All catering trays can be placed on catering heating candles and can be purchased with each order. Trays are oven safe, and refrigerator safe. Do not microwave silver aluminum trays. All entrees come with free white rice.
